Logic Otto ("we," "us," or "our") is a small, family-run web design business. We respect your privacy and keep our data practices as simple as our business. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you submit our consultation form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, and a short message about your project. We also record basic technical context with each submission (the page URL, your browser's user-agent string, and the viewport size) to help us respond and troubleshoot.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate with you about a potential or ongoing project. If you become a client, we use your contact information to send project updates, invoices, and support communications.
How your information is stored
Consultation submissions are transmitted to our client-intake tool (Tweak) and stored there so we can respond to them. Client project data — files, credentials, and account details you share with us — is stored in the tools we use to run the business (email, password manager, hosting dashboards). We keep access limited to our two-person team.
Sharing with third parties
We only share your information with service providers that help us operate the business — for example, our intake tool, email provider, and hosting platforms. These providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our clients.
Data retention
We keep consultation inquiries for as long as they are useful for follow-up and record-keeping. Client project records are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us using the address on our contact form and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
